Your Ski School
There are 2 English speaking ski schools in Montchavin, Evolution 2
(EVO2) and World Class Ski, which is a division within ESF (Ecole du
Ski Francais) which has been set up solely with the intention of catering
for English speaking clients. Both schools have excellent reputations and
the class sizes are generally around 8 children. The level of English is
superb, so no more worrying as to whether the kids will understand or be
left behind at the end of a long snake, as is sometimes seen in some resorts.
Lessons are either mornings or afternoon, 2 ½ hours for the younger children and 3 hours for the more competent skier. Your choice of morning or afternoon depends upon availability at time of booking. The price is around 120 Euros per child for 6 days lessons. We are more than happy to advise on lessons and help you with your requirements. We will also book your lessons for you in advance. It is essential in busy periods to pre book so please ensure you give us as much advance notice as possible.
Childcare can be arranged where the children are picked up and dropped off at lessons leaving you freer to arrange your days.
Adult lessons are also available, from beginner to expert. Private lessons from
1 to 4 people are available with prices ranging from 38€ for 1 hour for 320€
per day for a group of up to 4 people.
Also to make your life easier and stress free we offer the service of pre-booking your ski equipment and lift passes*These are delivered to the chalet on or before your arrival leaving you free to make any minor changes direct with the ski shop.
We deal direct with Montchavin Sport who offer our guests a discount on their ski and equipment hire. Please remember to ask us to book a helmet for your children if you do not own one. These are compulsory for children’s ski lessons So all you have to do is turn up and ‘Go For It!’. How much easier could it be?
